These terms govern access to and use of computeronsite.it. Professional services supplied by Computer On Site are governed by the quotation, order, engagement letter or specific contract agreed with the customer.

2. Scope

The website presents Computer On Site's activities, expertise and informational content and allows visitors to send enquiries. Users must comply with these terms and applicable law.

3. Information and no binding offer

Website content is general information and is not a public offer, binding quotation or professional advice for a specific situation. Service specifications, timing, charges and responsibilities are defined in the contractual documents agreed with the customer.

4. Enquiries and contract formation

Submitting a form, email or appointment request does not automatically create a contract or oblige Computer On Site to accept an engagement. A contract is formed only when a quotation, order, engagement or other written agreement is expressly accepted.

5. Professional services

Services may be subject to technical requirements, preliminary checks, third-party dependencies and specific conditions. If these website terms conflict with a specific contract, the specific contract prevails.

6. Consumers and withdrawal rights

Where a customer is a consumer, mandatory rights under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the Consumer Code) remain applicable. If a distance contract carries a right of withdrawal, the consumer will receive the legally required information before concluding it, including the method, time limit and any exceptions. The standard period is 14 days, subject to the conditions and exceptions in the Consumer Code, including where services begin at the consumer's request.

7. Permitted use

Users must not use the site unlawfully, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, or collect data in breach of law or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

Website text, graphics, trade marks, logos, photographs, software and other content belong to Computer On Site or their respective owners. Viewing and personal use are permitted; further copying, modification, distribution or exploitation requires a legal basis or permission.

The site may link to external services. Computer On Site does not control third-party content, availability or terms, which remain subject to their own rules.

10. Availability, accuracy and liability

Computer On Site takes reasonable care over website accuracy and security but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for loss caused by misuse of the site or reliance on general information without professional assessment. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or rights that the law does not permit to be limited.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated for legal, technical or organisational changes. The published version shows its last-updated date. Changes do not retrospectively alter existing contracts.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law governs these terms. Consumers retain the mandatory jurisdiction of the court of their residence or domicile in Italy under Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code. In other cases, ordinary jurisdiction rules or the valid terms of a specific contract apply.

14. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution

Complaints may be sent to info@computeronsite.it. Consumers may use a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body under the Consumer Code; official information is available from the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy. Unless required by law or separately agreed, Computer On Site does not commit in advance to participate before a particular ADR body.
